Please Read the following rules and regulations applicable for our Non- Returnable Policy:
- After an order has been fulfilled and accepted, no changes or cancellations can be made to the purchase.
- Please contact our customer service department with photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s) within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- We will only accept returns of unopened, resalable products that are not as described on the packaging and are accompanied by the original receipt for any items that are damaged or not as per your order. All associated return shipping costs will not be refunded.
- After we receive your damaged package or item that is not as per your order, it will take at least 6-7 business days to process your refund request. As soon as possible, we will get in touch with you regarding the aforementioned.
